About Quality Career Pathways
Founded in 2011, Quality Career Pathways (QCP) has become Omaha’s Premier Career Certification Provider. The school was launched with two cornerstone courses designed to train Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), but we did not stop there. With a finger on the pulse of what area employers needed, we quickly added more options to our course catalog including Basic Life Support (BLS) and recertification options.
Over the years that followed, the school formed solid relationships with prominent members of the medical community to help benefit our students. These Premier Partnerships allow our students to learn about career opportunities during their time in the classroom, and in turn, provide employers with access to stellar talent upon graduation.
Additionally, these partnerships have created custom courses for our students. For example, high on Omaha’s Children’s Hospital and Medical Center’s wish list was to have candidates that knew how to adapt their CNA skills to working with children. A course like this did not exist, so we worked together to create one.

Testing and All Inclusive Tuition Fees
Some schools remove testing fees from their tuition rates to appear less expensive, but then hit their students with the fees later. QCP includes one attempt to pass the state-mandated written and skills exams in our tuition rates, so there are no surprises.
Quality Career Pathways has always been able to test out our students at the conclusion of class, but not all schools are qualified to administer these exams. In 2022, QCP became a state-approved testing facility for CMA testing, regardless of where your class was taken. If you took your course elsewhere, you can now schedule your CNA written, CNA skills, or CMA written exams with us. And this is not just for students in Omaha. The school has partnered with satellite locations to be able to offer these exams across Nebraska.

Two Locations To Serve You
Eleven years after opening our first location at 5437 N. 103rd Street, we expanded to a second location at 4060 Vinton Street. Having two locations provides our students with enhanced access to our courses. Travel distances do not have to be a barrier to their education.

Meet Our Instructors
The courses offered are only as strong as our instructors. All our instructors are licensed in their respective courses and have experience instructing students. And for some courses, our instructors are RNs and LPNs with experience working in medical settings.
During your time in the classroom, you will learn and practice your skills under the supervision of our instructors. Class sizes are kept small, with an average student teacher ratio of 9:1, so you will have plenty of time for personalized instruction.

Since 2011, Quality Career Pathways strives to present the highest standard in academic quality possible while maintaining affordable tuition rates. Our programs are continually assessed by faculty, staff and members of the business and education communities to help ensure the studies align with career and employment goals. The school is accredited by Nebraska Department of Education, Board of Pharmacy, Department of Health and Human Services, and American Heart Association.
