If you do not attend your scheduled class session or do not have the required online assignments completed prior to your first day, you may be dismissed or incur a transfer fee. Transfer fee must be paid within two weeks of original class date or student will have to re-register. You can view the complete Attendance Policy HERE.
If you are not feeling well, please contact the office so we can discuss options for you to move to another class after you are well. If you attend class and have a cough or other cold symptoms, you will be asked to leave, and we will reschedule your class. This is just one of the precautions we are taking to keep our students, instructors, staff and their families safe. See other precautions HERE.
The school adheres to the face mask requirements outlined by the CDC. If you have any questions about the rules, please visit the CDC’s website for the current guidelines.
There is no “dress code”. Scrubs are allowed but not required. We ask that you dress comfortable, yet appropriate (no pajama pants or slippers, please).
SUPPLIES AND BREAKS
Please bring the basic supplies of pen, paper, etc.
If you are in a weekday or weekend class, you will receive a 30 minute lunch break.
We have a break room with a vending machine, as well as a refrigerator and microwaves.
State skills testing is held outside of scheduled class times. You will sign up for a skills testing time during your in class session. Testing typically takes place within a week of your last day of class. The state skills exam lasts about 45 minutes.
Testing times will be determined once your class has started and are subject to change.
