Role Snapshot:
Being a CNA is hard-work—there is no disputing that. QLI knows this, values this, and values you. We reward your work ethic with shift differentials, merit-based bonuses, and an 8/80 overtime pay structure for rotating shift CNA’s (you receive overtime pay for time worked over your 8-hour shift). As a CNA at QLI, you are in a unique position to positively impact someone else’s day. You will experience variety in your shifts:
- One day may consist of helping residents prepare for their day, including ADL’s, plan for a family visit, or off-campus shopping
- One day you may spend time in the sports (non-alcoholic) bar or coffee bar, shoot pool, or enjoy a walk around our on-campus lake
- One day might offer opportunities for crafting, playing cards, joining an 80’s party, or coordinating a You-tube dance party!

Education and Certifications:
- Must be 18 years or older (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant training course
Flu Considerations:Â Must commit to receiving annual flu vaccination
Schedule: Join our dynamic team where no two days are the same! We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace the excitement of rotating shifts, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We also encourage passionate candidates to apply even if they don’t see a schedule that perfectly aligns with their needs.  Â
