All-Inclusive Tuition At A Nebraska State-Approved Facility
Paying for courses doesn’t have to be difficult. You just need to understand what makes up the tuition. There is the course cost plus exams – you will need to take exams at a state-approved testing facility at the completion of your course to get your certification.
Some area schools are not approved testing facilities, nor do they include testing costs in their course fees upfront. So what may look like a lower tuition fee, really isn’t. You will get a surprise at the end of your course when you have to pay more to complete your testing.

Important Information When Paying For Courses
Most tuition includes a $150 application fee. BLS does not.
Tuition is refundable up to 72 hours after enrollment. After 72 hours, and before classroom hours start, tuition is refundable less the $150 enrollment fee.
You must complete all the required online coursework PRIOR to your assigned classroom time. If you do not have your online portion completed in time, you will have to pay a $200 TRANSFER FEE to be placed into another in-person classroom spot. You may only transfer classes one time.
You must make your installment payments by the due dates. If you are late, you will be dismissed from class.
You must be available for ALL classroom hours. Attendance is a requirement per DHHS. If you miss any time, you must make it up outside of your normal class hours and it costs $35.00 PER HOUR + $10 administrative fee per occurrence. Students cannot take either the written or skills exams until makeup time is complete.
If you are a no call/no show on your first day of class, you will be dismissed from your course with no refund.
If you have more than one classroom absence or miss more than eight hours of scheduled classroom hours, you may be dismissed from class without refund or pay a $200 transfer fee.
